President & CEO
Dr. Scruggs, Founder of Arukah Tech, holds a Ph.D. in Physiology & Biophysics and brings 15 years of translational research and development in academia. Dr. Scruggs desires to use her advanced skill sets to create technologies that engage and empower rural communities via transforming their knowledge and health.
Vincent Kyi
Software Development Engineer
Mr. Kyi holds a B.S. in Computer Science and is Arukah Tech's chief developer. He has 9 years of experience in creating data science tools to extract valuable insights from biomedical data, as well as building scalable and high performance software.
Stephanie Gustafson
Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist
Ms. Gustafson holds a B.S. from the Institute for Technology and Design, and brings 5 years of work in the tech industry. Ms. Gustafson holds additional certifications in dissemination platforms and has expertise in how to create technologies that appeal to unique perspectives of rural populations.
